As a Distribution Manager, your role involves overseeing the efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. You will be responsible for managing distribution centers, coordinating transportation, optimizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Essential Skills: - Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate distribution teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts. - Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, transportation providers, and customers. - Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, or other distribution-related challenges. - Technical Proficiency: Use logistics software, inventory management systems, and other relevant technologies. - Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
