Dispute Chargeback- Leader

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Disputes Chargeback operations in the Banking and Cards domain. Your role will involve overseeing a team of at least 50+Ftes, tracking SLAs, conducting daily meetings with the Onshore Service Manager, monitoring quality, coordinating with internal units for projects, managing client expectations, and escalating issues when necessary. You must have expertise in Disputes management, Cards Fraud, and Arbitration processes. Strong data entry, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should possess good team and process management skills along with proficiency in MS Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of at least 50+Ftes in the Disputes Chargeback operations - Track SLAs and cut-offs effectively - Conduct daily meetings with the Onshore Service Manager to review workflow and reports - Monitor quality and ensure compliance with process documentation - Coordinate with internal units for projects and one-time tasks - Manage client expectations and liaise with client vendors for regular activities - Possess expertise in Disputes management, Cards Fraud, and Arbitration processes - Demonstrate strong data entry, verbal, written, and analytical skills - Utilize MS Excel for reporting and analysis - Exhibit good team and process management skills - Be flexible to work in any shift as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Banking and Cards Disputes, chargebacks, and Arbitration process - Good understanding of Disputes Management and VISA operating rules - Knowledge of chargeback guidelines - Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Outlook, and MS Word - Strong risk assessment and audit documentation skills (Note: Additional details of the company are not provided in the job description),
