DISPATCH/UPDATER

• Monitor ongoing shipments and provide real-time tracking and status updates in the system.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely updates on load progress, delays, breakdowns, or issues.
• Update transportation management systems (TMS) and customer portals with accurate pickup, transit, and delivery information.
• Act as a point of contact between drivers and customers for load status, ETAs, and changes.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations to manage last-minute load changes, cancellations, or rerouting.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver hours, and load documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and company policies.
• Assist with load planning and matching available capacity to freight requirements when needed.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues that impact service levels or customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
