Job Description

Coordinate and schedule daily transportation trips for patients or clients using dispatch software. Assign trips to drivers based on location, availability, and route efficiency. Monitor real-time vehicle locations and trip statuses to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Maintain communication with drivers throughout the day to handle updates, delays, or emergencies. Respond promptly to last-minute trip requests, cancellations, or rescheduling. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
