Job Description

Role ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate the entire dispatch team; act as the primary point of contact for dispatch operations. Assign dispatch orders to the handling team—not responsible for physical dispatch, but must ensure the team executes effectively. Maintain constant awareness of ongoing operations and possess strong pre-planning capabilities. All responsibilities will be managed via a mobile-based system—must be proficient with mobile tools and communication. Must be knowledgeable in e-Way Bill generation and ensure all documentation is properly handled. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities—guide the team proactively and take initiative in problem-solving. Upon truck dispatch, communicate directly with the truck driver and gather CFS (Container Freight Station) in/out details. Expected to operate with an owner's mindset—this is not a time-bound role; flexibility is required beyond fixed office hours. Must adhere to office hours for in-office presence, but responsibilities extend beyond based on operational needs.
