Job Description

Arrange vehicles for dispatch as per daily dispatch plan and delivery schedules.
Conduct vehicle checking before loading to ensure cleanliness, roadworthiness, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Supervise material loading and unloading, ensuring proper handling and adherence to company rules and safety guidelines.
Ensure accurate dispatch documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, gate passes, etc.).
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for dispatch planning and timely delivery.
Maintain dispatch records and daily reporting of vehicle movement, material dispatched, and pending orders.
Ensure proper stacking, weight checking, and secure loading of goods to avoid damage in transit.
Monitor drivers, helpers, and loading staff to ensure discipline and adherence to safety standards.
Handle issues related to vehicle delays, breakdowns, or material discrepancies.
Assist in compliance with legal, safety, and transport-related statutory requirements.
Support management in optimizing logistics cost and improving dispatch efficiency.
Any other dispatch or logistics-related work as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
