Job Description

Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers or other locations.
Coordinate with the warehouse and production team for order readiness.
Allocate and monitor transportation resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.).
Prepare dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport permits.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, vehicle movements, and delivery confirmations.
Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
Supervise dispatch staff and drivers.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
Provide training and guidance to new team members.
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments (sales, warehouse, etc.).
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery delays or product shortages.
Track and update delivery status in real-time.
Ensure all dispatch activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor vehicle conditions and ensure all dispatches adhere to company safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
