Dispatch materials as per dispatch intimation received from Execution Department
Supervising preparation of packing list and parts material list
Supervising team for checking manufacturing and spares items against S.O. to Dispatch
Calculating vehicle size required as per dispatch items and get quotations from transporter
Co-ordination with client for freight and material dispatch planning
Supervise team for preparing final packing list
Intimation to store department for hardware and final miscellaneous packing list with material
Supervising loading of Vehicle after confirmation from transporter and client.
Intimation to material department for making invoice, printing Operation Manual as per client requirement
Supervise to ensure that Packing items are dispatched after checking
Supervise team for follow up of transporter & client for material delivery / receipt
Handle customer issues related to material dispatch
