Dispatch Helper

Job Description:

We are hiring Warehouse Dispatch Helpers to support the daily dispatch and logistics operations of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) warehouse. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the packing, labelling, and loading of goods for dispatch
• Cross-check items with invoices and dispatch orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area
• Ensure timely movement of goods as per schedule
• Follow safety and hygiene standards during handling
• Help with stock arrangement and basic warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass or above
• Ability to lift moderate weights and work on feet for long periods
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Team player with a good work attitude
• Experience in FMCG warehouse/logistics (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
