Dispatch Head

 Oversee the entire FG warehouse operations.

 Ensure proper stacking, palletizing, and storage as per beverage industry norms.

 Maintain accurate FG stock levels and real-time visibility.

 Implement strict FIFO/FEFO methods for dispatch.

 Prevent stock ageing, damages, and leakages

 Plan daily dispatches based on Sales Indent, Production Plan, and Transportation availability.

 Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Transport teams.

 Ensure vehicles are loaded as per specifications (SKU, quantity, weight).

 Monitor vehicle turnaround time and loading efficiency.

 Ensure zero mismatches between loading plan vs. invoice.

 Ensure all dispatch documents like tax invoice, E-way bill, delivery Challan, LR/ Transport

Documents.

 Maintain daily dispatch reports, vehicle movement logs, and gate pass records.

 Daily coordination with team.

 Address transit-related issues, shortages, damages, or customer complaints.

 Manage FG warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, pickers, and loaders.

 Monitor team productivity and discipline.

 Conduct physical stock verification.

 MIS on dispatch vs. indent vs. production

 Ensure 100% stock accuracy between ERP and physical stock.

 Investigate stock variance, breakages, and load rejections.

 Implement safe loading & forklift operations

 Ensure trucks are clean and suitable for beverage dispatch.

 Monitor crate handling, bottle safety, and product integrity.

 Optimize transportation and loading labor costs.

 Reduce demurrage, detention, and wastage losses.

 Coordination with vendors and improve vehicle turnaround time to reduce operational cost.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
