As a Dispatch Executive fluent in Somali (Af-Soomaali), your role will involve supporting USA-based trucking dispatch operations by utilizing your language skills and dispatch-related experiences. Training can be provided for the right candidate with the desired language fluency. **Key Requirement (Must-Have):** - Fluency in Somali (Af-Soomaali) and English, both spoken and written. **Preferred Requirements (Not Mandatory):** - Experience in dispatch operations, load booking, or trucking logistics. - Familiarity with tools like Skybitz, Samsara, or similar GPS/dispatch software. - Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle real-time operational issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and internal teams in both Somali and English. - Assist in load booking, planning, and real-time dispatch coordination. - Monitor and track shipments using dispatch tools. - Maintain accurate logs and ensure smooth shift handovers.
