Dispatch Executive (Somali Speaker)

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive who is fluent in Somali (Af-Soomaali) to support our USA-based trucking dispatch operations.

Language fluency is our top priority. All other dispatch-related experience or skills are considered a plus, and training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Requirement (Must-Have):

• Fluency in and Somali (Af-Soomaali) English – both spoken and written

Preferred Requirements (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in dispatch operations, load booking, or trucking logistics
• Familiarity with tools like Skybitz, Samsara, or similar GPS/dispatch software
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle real-time operational issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and internal teams in both Somali and English.
• Assist in load booking, planning, and real-time dispatch coordination
• Monitor and track shipments using dispatch tools
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure smooth shift handovers
