Technique Safety Devices Private Limited is a security seal manufacturing company based in Vasai, supplying tamperproof seals to leading industries. We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Executive for our despatch department.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Sales Bills, Challans, COA, Packing Lists, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills
Coordinate with courier and transporters for timely despatch
Handle correspondence and filing of documents
Maintain despatch records and ensure smooth coordination with production
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in office or despatch work (manufacturing experience preferred)
Knowledge of MS Office and Tally/ERP systems
Good communication, organization, and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,368.84 - ₹27,838.01 per month
Work Location: In person
