Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Daily Dispatch Management

Plan and coordinate dispatches from the central kitchen and warehouse to cloud kitchens as per schedule
Ensure proper loading, route planning, and dispatch timelines are met
Verify issuance of materials against dispatch plans to prevent shortages

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with drivers, 3PL partners, and internal teams for seamless delivery execution
Track vehicle movements to ensure timely arrival and proper route adherence
Maintain required documentation including delivery challans, GRNs, and transfer notes

Monitoring & Control

Monitor cold chain compliance during temperature-sensitive shipments
Track vehicle utilization, route performance, and escalate any delays or issues
Identify gaps in logistics execution and implement corrective actions

Reporting & MIS

Maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, and delivery records
Generate daily MIS reports highlighting dispatch performance, delays, and shortages
Support initiatives for logistics cost optimization

Process Compliance

Ensure adherence to SOPs related to hygiene, food safety, and product handling
Monitor vehicle hygiene and staff behavior during dispatch processes

Requirements

24 years of experience in logistics operations within food, cloud kitchen, QSR, or FMCG sectors
Solid knowledge of dispatch planning, route management, and 3PL coordination
Familiar with GPS tracking tools and MIS reporting systems
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
