Plan and schedule daily/weekly dispatches as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and timely delivery.
Supervise warehouse activities including loading/unloading and manpower handling.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Prepare and verify documentation such as challans, invoices, e-way bills, and GRNs.
Update dispatch details in ERP/MS Excel and generate MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline dispatch operations.
