A Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily dispatch of goods from the warehouse or factory to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves planning delivery routes, liaising with transporters and drivers, preparing and verifying dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills, and maintaining accurate records of all outgoing shipments. The Dispatch Executive also monitors vehicle movement, resolves logistical issues, ensures compliance with transportation regulations, and supports inventory tracking related to outbound goods. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics software, and prior experience in dispatch or logistics are essential for this role. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are key to success in this position.
