Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute timely and efficient dispatch of educational kits and materials.
Track and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory readiness for dispatch.
Create and maintain end-to-end dispatch process documents and operational SOPs.
Monitor vehicle movements and track shipments in real-time; update relevant stakeholders.
Share shipment status and delivery updates proactively with customers and internal teams.
Handle logistics-related issues, including delays, route changes, or breakdowns.
Maintain accurate dispatch records including invoices, delivery logs, shipment trackers, and reports.
Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.

Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Dispatch Head with key performance metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
