Job Description

We are hiring a Dispatch & Delivery Executive to manage end-to-end delivery operations, coordination with logistics partners, and warehouse dispatch workflows. This is a key role ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, inventory movement, and documentation within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
• Handle documentation including invoices, challans, gate passes, and shipment tracking
• Liaise with transport vendors and delivery agents for smooth order execution
• Supervise loading/unloading and ensure proper packaging and labelling
• Monitor stock movement and update records in inventory/ERP systems
• Report any delays, delivery issues, or warehouse discrepancies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C delivery systems and courier coordination
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, logistics software, or ERP tools
• Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work on-ground
