Discipline Officer

SNAS Model Senior Secondary School is seeking a responsible and confident Male Discipline Monitor to ensure smooth functioning of the school environment by maintaining discipline, order, and decorum among students. The ideal candidate will act as a role model for students, promoting respect, punctuality, and adherence to school rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain discipline within school premises, classrooms, corridors, and playgrounds.

Supervise students during assemblies, recess, and dispersal times.

Ensure students follow uniform, punctuality, and behavioral guidelines.

Report incidents of misconduct to the school administration.

Support teachers and the discipline committee in enforcing school policies.

Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere aligned with school values.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or above.

Strong communication and observation skills.

Ability to handle students calmly and fairly.

Punctual, reliable, and physically active.

Previous experience in a school or security role preferred.
