Primary School Teachers

SNAS Model Senior Secondary School is looking for passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers who love working with young children and believe in nurturing them through innovative and engaging teaching practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines.
• Teach core subjects to primary-grade students (Grades I to V), ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the learning and development of all students.
• Use innovative and child-friendly teaching strategies to facilitate learning.
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress regularly.
• Maintain discipline and encourage good behavior through a well-managed classroom culture.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.
• Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and staff to enhance the learning environment.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, health & safety regulations, and academic standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• Graduation in relevant subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, etc.) preferred.
• CTET/State TET qualification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.

• Strong command of English and other subjects being taught.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about child development.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology in teaching.
