Years of experience required:

Role & responsibilities:

10+ years of relevant experience in
asset servicing / corporate actions
; settlement operations
Subject matter expert in
equities & fixed Income products
Deep understanding of products that support corporate action processing e.g.
InfoMosaic, BaNCS
Deep understanding of operations on
end-to-end corporate actions processing and lifecycle
Proven results on
transformation of corporate actions
to achieve better STP, improved efficiency, better client experience, etc
Driven or been actively involved in technology transformation on corporate actions e.g. roll out of new IT solution, modernization of existing solution, etc
Change management of operations and operations teams on the back of large-scale transformation
Excellent stakeholder management i.e. internal business and external clients.
