Cuemath is the world's highest-rated math learning platform, trusted by over 10,000 families across the US. The company's mission is to make students MathFit by establishing strong foundations in deep math understanding, problem-solving skills, and real-life math applications through engaging, personalized 1:1 live sessions. As a seasoned operations leader, you will play a crucial role in driving one of Cuemath's major revenue channels in the US market. Your responsibilities will include managing, scaling, and optimizing daily operations to ensure revenue delivery while leading a high-performance team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in high-growth, high-scale environments, have experience operating revenue channels of $75-100M+ ARR, and possess the ability to balance strategic foresight with sharp execution. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the daily operations of a major US revenue channel to ensure smooth execution and meet targets effectively. - Drive revenue growth through disciplined planning, monitoring, and performance management practices. - Lead and develop the team to maximize efficiency, accountability, and overall outcomes. - Identify new revenue opportunities and enhance processes to scale operations efficiently. - Utilize data to track metrics, pinpoint gaps, and make informed decisions to drive success. - Manage stakeholders and crises with clarity, composure, and structured problem-solving approaches. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-scale operations management or revenue channel ownership, preferably in EdTech, Consumer Tech, or rapidly expanding global businesses. - Demonstrated track record of running operations that delivered $75M-$100M+ ARR or equivalent scale. - Strong strategic capabilities in managing people and processes while balancing short-term and long-term goals effectively. - Proficiency in analytics, with a comfort level in data-driven decision-making. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to stay composed under pressure, and navigate through ambiguous situations. - Willingness to operate during US business hours and open to traveling to the US for approximately 3 months annually.
