**Job Description:** You will be responsible for managing end-to-end offshore project delivery across full-stack technologies. This includes collaborating closely with onsite customer teams to gather and translate requirements, overseeing project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning. Additionally, you will be leading, mentoring, and growing a team of Full Stack Developers. Proactively managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, tracking work progress, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
