Role Overview: As a Growth Hacker at HighRadius, you will be a vital part of the dynamic digital marketing team, responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies across various digital channels. Your focus will be on driving user acquisition, lead conversion, and generating quality leads for the sales team through rapid experimentation and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, identifying opportunities across digital channels like Organic search and content marketing. - Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaigns, continuously testing and iterating for effectiveness. - Ensure end-to-end data tracking for informed decision-making and optimizations. - Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives. - Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and shareable content for driving traffic and lead conversion. - Utilize hands-on experience in SEO, website optimization, CRO, email, and content marketing. - Work closely with internal digital marketing teams and external product marketing and sales teams to align growth efforts. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technology updates in growth hacking and digital marketing. Qualification Required: - 9-12 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in growth hacking. - Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels such as SEO, Content marketing, and Website optimization. - Proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Hubspot. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities, focusing on mentoring and developing team members.
