Director Sales (Treasury & Capital Markets)

You will be responsible for managing a high-visibility book of business within the Treasury & Capital Markets segment as a seasoned sales professional. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, your primary focus will be on driving growth through strategic account management and consultative selling. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive sales activities and accurate CRM reporting. You will need to demonstrate enterprise sales leadership by navigating complex sales processes and engaging key stakeholders across product, technology, and procurement departments. Additionally, this role will require up to 30% travel. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in outside sales for enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions. You must have a proven track record of growing a book of business using consultative sales strategies. Strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of the banking and capital markets sectors are essential qualifications for this position.
