Ideal candidates for this position thrive in a high-growth environment, possess a strong background in cybersecurity sales leadership, excel in developing talent, and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective team management and customer engagement. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Cortex Cloud, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of cybersecurity. Your impact will be significant as you lead, coach, and develop a team of sales specialists to achieve and exceed revenue targets while cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity. You should also possess established relationships with key security decision-makers, expertise in channel and partner sales strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed sales organization. Furthermore, a proactive attitude, motivation to deliver above quota performance, and willingness to travel domestically as needed are important attributes for success in this role.
