Director, RWE Business Development

In this role, you will act as a lead in developing client accounts and generating new projects in Real World Evidence (RWE) and throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely completion of deliverables for assigned projects, leading multiple client engagements simultaneously, and participating in special projects to enhance Prescient's capabilities. You will also be involved in proposal development and other business development activities to generate new client contacts and opportunities for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute RWE projects to high standards - Establish and maintain valuable, long-term client relationships while overseeing and coaching project teams - Look for opportunities to build client relationships, enhance brand value, and contribute to account growth - Meet delivery targets and exceed revenue goals, utilizing the RWE team to drive new business for Prescient Qualifications Required: - Hold an undergraduate or advanced degree in life sciences - Possess 6 or more years of relevant professional experience in corporate/business or consulting environments, including pharma consulting, business intelligence, or data analytics - Ideally have 2 or more years of experience in oncology, immunology, or biosimilars - Demonstrate significant experience in RWE and a strong understanding of target market sectors, including clinical, regulatory, real-world data, and commercial aspects in global markets - Have at least 4 years of experience managing direct reports and exhibit thought leadership in your area of specialization As a company, Prescient is committed to contributing to the communities where it operates.
