Director Risk Advisory

You will be joining one of the leading management consulting firms for a Director/ Executive Director position based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for the Risk Advisory sector covering telecom, media, and renewable energy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a culture champion to foster a collaborative environment for employees" growth - Managing the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and career coaching - Leading a diverse team of at least 15-20 individuals, including managers and assistant managers, in various areas of risk consulting such as risk advisory, business process re-engineering, enterprise risk management, etc. - Engaging in CXO conversations, board presentations, and client relationship building - Supervising the administrative operations managed by managers/ assistant managers, including job setup, budgeting, team utilization assessment, and billing & collection management - Collaborating with Partners to oversee the profit and loss (P&L) aspects - Contributing to business development initiatives, including go-to-market strategy, proposals, budgets, and presentations to senior management and CXOs - Ensuring adherence to policies and quality procedures while identifying market-aligned solutions and leading practice improvements Qualifications: - Must hold a qualification such as CA, CIA, MBA, CIMA, or ACCA - Previous experience in Risk Consulting is preferred - Prior experience in managing P&L in consulting and leading teams of 15-20 members - Demonstrated experience in business development and delivering presentations to senior management If you are a dynamic professional with a strong background in risk advisory and management consulting, along with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a challenging yet rewarding environment.,
