As the Director of RD&I at Evonik India Pvt. Ltd., located in Thane, you will be responsible for leading the chemical research and development activities within the laboratory. A minimum of 5 years of experience in organic synthesis is required, with a preference for candidates with a strong background in polymer synthesis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in synthetic chemistry, strong project management skills to lead multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
