Director Origination

As a VP / SVP Origination, your role involves identifying high-quality NBFCs and financial services companies to onboard as Company's Clients. You will manage the company's balance sheet loan/investment exposures on the clients, running debt raising mandates, and strategically assist clients in managing their asset and liability side of the balance sheets by offering suitable debt and structured finance products. To excel in this role, you need to develop a strong understanding of sectors and entities through field visits, data analysis, and interactions with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with Originators and management daily to identify potential business opportunities. - Understand Originators" requirements/market feedback and communicate to the Structured Finance and Capital Markets team for new structures and client requirements. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and documentation on transactions with investors. - Manage deal origination to transaction execution on the company's technology platform. - Provide inputs for transaction structuring and identifying new asset classes. - Network within the industry and represent the company in public forums. - Create visibility for the company among potential clients/sectors. Qualifications Required: - Experience in preparing pitch books, credit assessment notes, and investor presentations. - Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of structured products. - Working knowledge of MS-Office and other technology tools. - Strong sales experience and networking skills. - Interest in financial inclusion and its opportunities. - Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple assignments, and deliver on deadlines. - Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude. - Positive work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Promotion of high ethical and professional standards. - Around 10-15 years of experience in NBFCs, financial services, commercial banking, investment banking, or credit analysis. - MBA/PG from a Tier-1 business school or Chartered Accountant qualification.,
