Role Overview: As the Senior Team Manager Operations Head of Illiquid Asset Operations India at DWS, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the Illiquid Asset Operations team in India. You will work closely with the Global Head of Illiquid Asset Operations to streamline processes, build a strong team in India, and contribute to strategic initiatives to support business growth and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Illiquid Asset Operations Senior Leadership to define and streamline processes for incorporation into a global value chain - Develop and lead the Illiquid Asset Operations team in India, including hiring, training, and collaboration with other Operations teams - Work on strategic change initiatives with the global Illiquid Asset Operations Management team, focusing on business growth, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements - Support global governance and control initiatives, and collaborate with Liquid Operations colleagues to harmonize processes - Manage resources and investments in a forward-looking and sustainable manner to make Illiquid Asset Operations in India efficient and scalable - Establish standards and innovation in the Asset Management industry, promote knowledge sharing, and act as a role model for entrepreneurial actions Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant - 10-15 years of professional experience in fund finance and operations for Alternatives products - Strategic thinking and people management skills - Experience working in global organizations with diverse teams and cultures - Strong understanding of technology-based processes and systems - Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English Additional Details: DWS Group is a leading asset manager with a global presence and a reputation for excellence.
