Job Description

As a Director of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the retail operations to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the Sales Team: You will oversee and guide the sales team across multiple cities, establish clear sales KPIs, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching to drive sales and customer satisfaction. - Managing Store Infrastructure: You will manage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to improve store layouts and facilities" functionality. - Implementing Visual Merchandising Strategies: You will develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience, collaborate with the marketing team for consistent branding, and effective in-store promotions. - Training and Development: Overseeing the training team to ensure employees are well-trained in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations. You will develop programs to upskill staff and maintain a motivated and high-performing team. - Retail Operations Management: Ensuring all stores operate efficiently and profitably, analyzing store performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and leading operational excellence initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. - Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives and act as a key liaison between store teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. An MBA is preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-city teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. The location for this role is in Gurugram, Haryana.
