Director of Graduate Admissions

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Director of Graduate Admissions, based in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Graduate Admissions will be responsible for managing enrollment processes, developing and implementing graduate recruitment strategies, overseeing communication with prospective students, and managing student financial aid processes. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless admission process and achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Graduate Recruitment
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Student Financial Aid processes
• Proficiency in Recruiting and building relationships with potential students
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field/
• Experience in the field of higher education admissions or educational administration is a plus
