Director of Engineering for the E-Commerce domain

You will spearhead the build-out of the India Development Center from the ground up, owning the architecture and technical strategy for scalable e-commerce platforms serving both B2B and B2C customers. Although not a hands-on role, you will guide architectural decisions and lead engineering excellence across the board. You should have 14-18 years of experience, with at least 12 years in Software Engineering, specifically in the Ecommerce domain for the last 5-6 years across web and mobile applications for B2B and B2C customers. Experience in handling teams of 30+ and guiding them in building performant, secure, and modular systems for web and mobile applications is required. Collaboration with global product and design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences is a key aspect of this role. A strong grasp of platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development is essential for success in this position.,
