As our Director of AI Marketing and Growth, youll be the force multiplier who transforms data into growth, creativity into conversions, and strategies into market-moving success stories You will lead our marketing team to develop, execute, and scale innovative campaigns across paid, influencer, and social media channels. This role is responsible for driving performance and growth through marketing initiatives that leverage both traditional and AI-enhanced systems. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, results-driven, and experienced in managing end-to-end marketing strategies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 01. Paid Marketing Management: Oversee and optimize our paid marketing campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords) to ensure maximum performance and ROI. Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on performance data and market trends. 02. Building Microsites: Create microsites and devise retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates and brand engagement. Do A/B testing to validate hypothesis. 03. Social Media & Brand Management: Lead the strategy and execution of our social media campaigns across various platforms. Enhance and maintain the e-GMAT brand presence, ensuring consistency and innovation in messaging. 04. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to track and report on key marketing metrics. Develop actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives. 05. Scale with AI: Build and manage marketing systems and workflows, integrating AI-driven solutions when beneficial. Stay abreast of the latest AI and marketing technologies, adopting best practices to drive continuous improvement. 06. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic marketing team. Collaborate with product, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
