As the strategic business leader of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation at The St. Regis Mumbai, your role involves overseeing Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing and implementing departmental strategies to meet the brand service strategy and initiatives - Ensuring the operation meets the brand's target customer needs and focuses on revenue growth - Setting and managing food and beverage budgets - Leading the food and beverage/culinary team to achieve goals and improve profit - Ensuring exceptional customer service by going above and beyond for customer satisfaction - Managing human resource activities by providing guidance and direction to subordinates - Additional responsibilities include informing executives, peers, and subordinates of relevant information in a timely manner, analyzing information to solve problems, and estimating food and beverage consumption **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related areas, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university with 4 years of experience in the same. - Skills required include customer and personal service, management of financial resources, administration and management, applied business knowledge, and management of material resources.
