Reporting to the Partner in charge, you will provide business, strategy and people leadership to our Faade Engineering team in India. You'll be responsible for ensuring that technical quality and business performance standards are met, as well as managing the performance of the team.
You will demonstrate a dynamic and determined commitment to work winning, design excellence, and technical performance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the highest standards of technical quality within our Facades projects; continuously evolving the department through innovation and creativity.
You will also take ownership for the discipline strategy in India, partnering with both domestic and international stakeholders to help drive expansion in headcount and market share in the India market.
