Director of Brand

What youll do:

• Own Sprintos brand architecture, voice, and positioning
• Build and drive the brand narrative across all customer and internal channels
• Lead brand campaigns, creative direction, and content strategy
• Oversee social media, PR, and executive/thought leadership programs
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, GTM, and Design to embed brand across initiatives
• Define and track brand metrics to measure impact and guide iteration

What were looking for:

• 10+ years in brand/communications roles at B2B SaaS or tech companies
• Proven track record scaling brands at high-growth startups
• Deep experience in positioning, storytelling, and creative leadership
• Strong grasp of the US market and SaaS buyer behavior
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote, high-ownership environment
