Compensation: 25 to 35 LPA base with performance bonus tied to profitable affiliate revenue growth and program outcomes

Why this role exists

We generate over 7-figures USD per year from US affiliate programs through native placements on Reddit and YouTube, plus blogs, SEO, and listicles. The mandate now is scale. You will turn forum opportunities into repeatable plays, deploy them across hundreds of verticals and thousands of partners, and build a small execution pod to rinse and repeat. Day one focus is execution, not partner acquisition, we have access to every Fintech partner in the US.

What you will do

Own revenue delivery from forumnative affiliate programs in the US market.

Lead strategy to execution: design fast test plans for Reddit and YouTube with clear angles, subreddits or channel archetypes, pass or scale rules, and cost caps.

Stand up a weekly launch cadence across 100 plus verticals. Prioritize by EPC, RPM, and time to first dollar.

Oversee creatives and copy for posts, comments, thumbnails, titles, replies, and CTAs.

Use our strategic partners dashboard as the source of truth. Build lightweight internal dashboards and scorecards for vertical, forum, and placement performance.

Coordinate with Dev to automate link creation, UTMs, rotations, and postbacks.

Maintain an account inventory and warmup plan for multisubreddit posting and safe

community engagement.

Request commission boosts, private offers, and custom landing pages from reps once you show revenue. Keep relationships professional and responsive.

Coach a small execution pod. Document SOPs so wins can be cloned quickly.

Out of scope

Net new affiliate partner acquisition on day one.

Owning advertiser contracts or changing commercial terms without internal approval. Building large paid media programs.

Heavy client account management beyond what is needed to secure approvals and better payout tiers.

What you bring

5 plus years in affiliate or performance marketing with handson social forum experience. Proven Reddit execution, organic and with Reddit Ads. Strong YouTube affiliate and creator activation experience.

Fluent written and spoken English. Clear, concise, USmarket friendly communication. Data comfort in spreadsheets or SQL. Ability to interrogate click and conversion logs and make quick calls.

Systems mindset with crisp documentation and team coaching.

Nice to have

US fintech exposure and multivertical experience.

SEO fundamentals and influencer program operations.

Light scripting or tooling knowledge to speed up repetitive tasks.

How success will be measured

Net new affiliate revenue by quarter and by forum.

Successful placements per week and shortened time to first dollar.

Share of revenue outside the current top ten partners.

Approval and reversal rates, fraud flags, and account health.

Quality of documentation and reuse rate of playbooks.

Your first 90 days

Days 0 to 30: Audit 24 months of our strategic partners dashboard data. Tier verticals by EPC and scalability. Map 50 priority subreddits and 25 priority YouTube channel archetypes. Build account inventory and warmup calendar. Launch at least ten tests across top five verticals.

Days 31 to 60: Expand to thirty tests per week. Standardize copy frameworks, creative templates, experiment logs, and weekly business reviews. Launch first ten creator partnerships for YouTube with performancebased payouts. Request two to three commission boosts where proof exists.

Days 61 to 90: Automate links, UTMs, and postbacks with Dev. Propose hires or contractors if throughput is the bottleneck. Reduce concentration risk by lifting revenue share outside the top ten partners. Deliver a 12month forum growth plan.

Reporting and team

Reports to: Head of Operations

Direct reports: to be defined. Immediate access to a Manager of Emerging Channels, admin support, creative, copy, and Dev resources.

Works closely with: Engagement Account Manager, automation and analytics teams

Hiring process

Intro interview focused on communication and forum experience.

Strategy interview: walk through your portfolio, NavChainstyle reporting, and test design. Paid exercise, 48 hours: you will receive a short vertical brief and community insights. Deliverables: a onepage Reddit and YouTube plan with a KPI tree, three example creative directions with sample copy, a simple timeline, and a measurement plan.
