Direct Loyalty Sales Managers - Insurance

As a Financial/General Insurance/Health Insurance distributor, your role will involve: - Identifying the top distributors in your assigned territory from the competition and pitching Life Agency Career Opportunity through career seminars, presentations, and meetings. - Understanding the value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations for top advisors and business associates. - Hiring and onboarding top advisors and business associates after conducting career seminars, presentations, and meeting the defined recruitment plan. - Driving sales from the team of top advisors, business associates, and financial distributors to meet defined sales plans. - Maintaining the quality of sales by ensuring the persistency standards of the channel. - Adhering to the desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment. - Periodically training and developing advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines/policies. - Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: - 1 year of experience in any sales role preferred.
