Direct Loyalty Sales Managers - Insurance

You will be responsible for identifying the top financial, general insurance, and health insurance distributors in the assigned territory. This will involve pitching the career opportunity at Pitch Life Agency through career seminars, presentations, and meetings. Your role will include understanding the value proposition of the top advisors and business associates, as well as the onboarding process and related regulations. After conducting career seminars and presentations, you will be in charge of hiring and onboarding top advisors and business associates as per the defined recruitment plan. Driving sales from the team of top advisors, business associates, and financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans will be a key part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the quality of sales by maintaining the persistency standards of the channel will be crucial. You will need to adhere to desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to periodically train and develop advisors for new product launches and communicate any changes in company guidelines or policies. Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment will also be part of your role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The preferred education level for this role is a Bachelor's degree, and prior experience in sales for at least one year is preferred. The work location will be in person.,
