You will function as the strategic business leader of the property's food and beverage/culinary operation, overseeing Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing departmental strategies, ensuring brand service strategy implementation, and focusing on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial performance. You will create property-wide strategies to meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and drive a return on investment. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management, or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in a relevant major with 4 years of experience is accepted. Key skills required include customer service, financial management, business administration, and strategic planning. Your core work activities will involve setting and monitoring food and beverage goals, managing budgets, leading the culinary team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and conducting human resource activities. You will empower employees to deliver excellent service, identify areas for improvement, and manage wages and expenses effectively. Additional responsibilities include keeping stakeholders informed, analyzing information to solve problems, and estimating food and beverage consumption.
