Responsibilities

• Learning & Development:

• Actively participate in the structured training program, attending all workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Learn and understand various operational processes, machinery, and equipment relevant to your assigned department (e.g., Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, Operations).
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments.

• Operational Support:

• Assist senior engineers, supervisors, and skilled workers in their daily tasks and projects.
• Perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently, following all instructions and procedures.
• Support the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets and objectives.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, observations, and data collected during the training period.
• Prepare basic reports or summaries as directed by your mentor or supervisor.

• Quality & Safety Adherence:

• Strictly adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, industry-specific standards).
• Understand and follow safe operating procedures for machinery and equipment.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors, contributing positively to the team environment.
• Seek guidance and clarification from mentors and senior staff when needed.
