Diploma Mechanical / Electrical Engineer Trainee

Mahani Engineers is company involved in Special Purpose Machines, Jigs & Fixtures, Automation of systems etc., located in Talawade.

To augment our growth, we are looking for TWO recent Diploma Engineers in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, preferably of 2024 / 2025 batch, to be trained in Production, Service & Quality for a period of 12 months. Candidates who successfully complete the training will be absorbed in the company at a suitable position. Ideal candidates will have strong proficiency in the Engineering Subjects, with up to one year of experience. Formal training / internship in a reputable company will be considered an advantage.

Candidates must possess, good discipline and strong learning and retention abilities.

They will learn the following during the 12 month training period.

• Understanding Engineering Drawings.
• Manpower management
• Documentation on work planned & executed, progress report etc.
• Assembly & Testing the assembled machine, verifying performance, and validating parameters.
• Facilitating inspections by customers or third parties, noting areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.

During the training period, candidates will receive a stipend ranging from Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month, depending on their proficiency.

Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be offered positions as Senior Engineers with salaries ranging from Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 18,000 per month, based on their performance and expertise.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
