Job Description

As a digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for the following: - Developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. - Managing all social media accounts to ensure consistent brand messaging, high-quality content, and timely response to customer queries. - Analyzing social media metrics and gaining insights from market trends and customer behavior using tools like Sprinklr. - Effectively managing paid media campaigns, including timely execution, regular monitoring of campaign performance, and optimization based on insights. - Having a data-driven mindset to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize insights for optimizing campaigns. - Demonstrating working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google DV360 Platform, and Meta Ads Manager. - Collaborating closely with internal teams and digital media agencies to achieve brand objectives. - Identifying growth opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. - Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Being proficient in website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4. - Having a solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
