As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in the technical operations of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proven experience in global IT Operations Support, managing regional and local teams effectively. - Demonstrated strategic thinking skills to align technical decisions with the overall business objectives. - Hands-on knowledge of license management, covering areas such as usage, renewals, and compliance. - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by providing valuable technical advice to stakeholders throughout the organization. - Ability to autonomously make technical decisions that have a significant impact on the business. - Previous experience working in diverse cross-cultural environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Effective team leadership and collaboration with various management levels, particularly L4 to L5.
