Job Description

Your Role

Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, tailored solutions
Conduct business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions
Lead consulting engagements, including discovery, assessment, and defining target state digital workplace strategies

Respond to RFPs and RFIs by collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals
Work closely with sales teams to position Capgemini??s offerings and support deal closures
Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing Capgemini??s capabilities to prospective clients

Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital workplace solutions
Work in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery
Develop and maintain reusable assets such as case studies, solution decks, and thought leadership content

Manage stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment throughout

Your Profile

. Technical Skills

Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Program and change management expertise to drive transformation initiatives.
Ability to craft creative solutions and think strategically under tight timelines.
Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating persuasive proposals.
Ability to analyze client environments and recommend improvements in experience, productivity, and analytics.
Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio and other automation/analytics tools (added advantage)

E. Soft Skills

Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and identify new opportunities.
Leadership qualities and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
