As a BIM Instructor at Medini Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering educational programs focused on digital transformation in the engineering and construction domains. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering structured lesson plans and training modules, conducting interactive training sessions for clients, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, simplifying complex technical concepts, monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving training materials based on feedback.
