As a BIM Instructor at Medini Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering educational programs that focus on digital transformation within the engineering and construction sectors. This full-time position based in Bengaluru requires a dynamic and passionate individual who can adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering structured lesson plans and training modules, conducting classroom and on-site training sessions for clients, simplifying and communicating complex technical concepts clearly, monitoring learner progress, and continuously improving training materials based on feedback from learners and industry stakeholders. This role offers the chance to work closely with leading industry stakeholders and requires some travel. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and have proven experience in education, training, or professional development. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in lesson planning and instructional design. Familiarity with digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related technologies is preferred. Additionally, the ability to motivate and engage learners at various skill levels and experience in the engineering, construction, or architecture sectors would be advantageous.
