Digital Technology Analyst

As a Digital Technology Analyst at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttaranchal, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting and transforming the Salesforce ORG and Repository. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding Salesforce Metadata objects and relationships to deploy code and config changes to different environments for build teams, break fixes, and enhancements. - Managing two to three production releases every month. - Owning and maintaining version control repositories and CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket and Azure DevOps. - Possessing knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Vscode, GIT, Workbench, Ownbackup, Dataloader, copado/Gearset, and omnistudio. - Provisioning and governing user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs. - Demonstrating expertise in Source Control & Branching, including clone, branching, PRs, conflict resolution, and merge issues. - Configuring Salesforce components like Custom objects, fields, Object Relationships, Apex classes, workflow Rule, Process Builder, Validation Rule, Sharing Rule, Data security, Approval Process, Page layout, Record Types, Data import export wizard, Data Loader, etc. - Creating and preparing sandboxes for project development, defining and refreshing full sandboxes at regular intervals. - Ensuring 80% or more test class coverage is maintained prior to UAT/ STG/ Prod deployment. - Understanding the Salesforce Data model and Data loading skills. - Communicating release schedule and changes to stakeholders, coordinating Branching and Merging strategies with development and QA teams. - Driving release process improvement initiatives, managing risks, and resolving issues affecting schedule or release scope. - Being hands-on with the above skills, demonstrating intuitiveness in converting complex business problems into simple technological solutions, and staying on track with KPI and project deliverables.
